AI Staff Creation

A new team member for the jobs nobody has time for

Trained on your business, working in your inbox, chat and WhatsApp, and passing anything tricky to the right person.

How it works

Pick the job: answering customer questions, qualifying enquiries, sorting the inbox or helping staff find the right procedure. Your digital staff member learns your prices, your policies and the way you talk to customers. It has its own name and a voice that fits your brand. It works to written rules, hands over to a named person when it should, and every conversation is there for you to read. You decide what it can do on its own and what needs your sign-off.

Who it's for

Businesses where staff spend hours answering the same questions, looking things up, drafting routine emails or chasing information.

Signs you need it

  • The same 20 questions get answered every day.
  • New staff interrupt senior staff to find things.
  • Nobody gets to the bottom of the inbox.
  • Customers wait overnight for simple answers.

What it does

Each digital staff member is built for one role and trained on your own documents, prices, policies and past answers. It's connected to the tools it needs, such as your calendar, CRM, order system and shared drive. It works within written rules and passes anything outside them to a named person. Every conversation is logged and reviewed.

Inside this service

Custom AI agents

Some jobs need more than answering questions. A custom agent is built for one business and one job. It can read, decide and act inside your own systems: checking an order, updating a record, booking a slot or raising a ticket. It's the engine inside every digital staff member we build, with the name, personality, knowledge and rules on top.

We only build an agent where a simple workflow can't do the job, because a workflow is cheaper to run and easier to look after, and we'll tell you so on the first call. Good fits are online shops handling support in several languages or at high volume, and delivery firms answering "where is my order?" on WhatsApp and email. We measure it by the share of tasks finished with no help from staff, and by the error rate, checked every week.

What you get at the end

Your live assistant or assistants, a knowledge base you can update, a document setting out each role and its rules, access to every conversation log, and a monthly review report.

How long it takes

Core takes 2 weeks, Standard 3 to 5 weeks and Extended 6 to 8 weeks.

How we measure it

Conversations handled, the share resolved without a person, estimated hours saved, how often it hands over, and the accuracy score from the monthly review.

Talk it through

The first conversation covers where enquiries and paperwork get stuck today, and which fix would pay back first.
